Pamela Karabeinikoff, LMSW
Licensed Master Social Worker | Therapist, WellBeing Sanctuary
Ages 12–25 Specialist · School Transitions
Healing is rarely a straight line — and Pamela knows this better than most. As a Licensed Master Social Worker with a background in education and social work, she brings a uniquely warm, grounded, and human perspective to her therapeutic work.
She uses a person-centered, strengths-based approach to guide clients through healing, self-compassion, and meaningful life transitions. Her sessions create space for clients to feel genuinely understood, supported, and empowered to move forward. Outside of her clinical work, Pamela enjoys jiu jitsu, coffee shops, and time with loved ones — and brings that same grounded, authentic energy into every therapeutic relationship.
