Rooted in evidence-based care and integrative wellness, I empower individuals to embrace their journey from shadow to light. Healing is a courageous act—one of uncovering the self, honoring the parts you’ve buried, numbed, or masked, and transforming them into guides for growth.

Just as a tree begins as a seed, pushing through darkness toward the sun, your story holds the potential for renewal. With compassionate guidance, I help you navigate compacted emotional soil to uncover clarity, wholeness, and the wisdom that blooms from stillness.

Services

Psychotherapy

I utilize a range of evidence-based modalities, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Brainspotting (BSP), expressive art practices, and somatic processing.

Together, we will develop a personalized stress management plan tailored to your unique needs, integrating the polyvagal approach and your personal self-care strategies to foster resilience and well-being.

Sessions are $150 for an hour. You can contact your insurance to see what your copays will be. I am paneled with: Cigna, Aetna, Anthem, Optum, and Medicaid. Sliding scales are a cash for fee service charged at the rate of $100/hr.

Ketamine Assisted Therapy (KAP)

Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP)
KAP intake and psychotherapy services are covered by insurance or available as a private pay option. Ketamine sessions can be conducted individually or in a group setting. KAP is offered to adults ages 18+.

Dosing sessions are offered as a private pay service and require transportation arrangements, as driving is prohibited on dosing days. Telehealth alternatives may be available—please inquire for details.

As part of the process, you will be connected with a licensed ketamine prescriber, complete an intake for services, and receive a prescription for oral ketamine, which you will self-administer on your scheduled dosing day.

Intensives/Retreats

Intensive Retreats
Therapy intensives provide extended sessions designed for deeper healing, focusing on trauma, wellness barriers, and negative belief systems. These sessions offer a space for in-depth exploration while equipping you with tools to resolve trauma, enhance motivation, and overcome creative blocks.

Techniques may include yoga, sound healing, Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), eye movements, bilateral stimulation, meditation, expressive arts, and cognitive restructuring. Each intensive is fully customized to meet your individual needs.

Pricing & Scheduling:

*Therapy intensives are offered at $100 per hour.
*A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your session.
*You may reschedule once, if needed.
*The remaining balance is due on the day of the session.
Keep in mind that six hours of intensive work can be equivalent to six weeks of traditional therapy (one hour per week), offering a powerful opportunity for transformation. These retreats can be customized to take place over 1–3 consecutive days to fit your needs and schedule.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Drawing from Bessel van der Kolk’s work in The Body Keeps the Score, trauma is not merely a story of the past but an ongoing experience that shapes how individuals perceive and relate to themselves and the world. It leaves a physical imprint, contributing to physiological and emotional dysregulation. The body’s response to trauma can manifest as chronic tension, hypervigilance, and difficulty feeling safe. Additionally, trauma disrupts the brain’s ability to regulate emotions, process information, and maintain focus, often leading to challenges in daily functioning. Beyond its psychological impact, trauma affects an individual’s capacity to connect with others, experience trust, and feel secure in relationships.
Therapy is built on the foundation of a strong therapeutic relationship, your willingness and motivation for change, and the commitment to practicing new skills beyond the therapy room. The modalities we use will help identify the root causes of trauma and stress while providing pathways to reconsolidate experiences, release suppressed emotions, and create new beliefs and value systems.
I am licensed in the state of CT, which means you need to reside in the state of CT. I can see you in my office, in your home, or virtually using a telehealth platform.
I work with a wide range of adaptations and symptoms you may be experiencing. The only condition I do not treat is eating disorders. However, I can connect you with a specialist who provides the necessary physiological monitoring while I support you in addressing the cognitive and emotional aspects related to the disorder. To begin treatment, we will schedule a consultation to ensure we are the right fit. If we decide to move forward, we will proceed with an intake session to gather background information, discuss therapy goals, and explore your preferred therapeutic modalities.
