Rooted in evidence-based care and integrative wellness, I empower individuals to embrace their journey from shadow to light. Here, healing is a courageous act of uncovering the self-honoring the parts you’ve buried. numbed, or masked, and transforming them into guides for growth.

Just as a tree begins as a seed pushing through darkness toward the sun, your story holds the potential for renewal. With compassionate guidance, help you navigate compacted emotional soil to find clarity, wholeness, and the wisdom that blooms from stillness.

Your new beginning starts here. 🌱

Intensives/Retreats

Therapy intensives offer extended sessions for deeper healing, focusing on trauma, wellness barriers, and negative belief systems. These sessions allow for more thorough exploration and provide tools to resolve trauma, boost motivation, and overcome creative blocks. Intensives can include techniques like yoga, sound healing, KAP, eye movements, bilateral stimulation, meditation, expressive art, and cognitive restructuring.

They are customized to individual needs and are charged at $100 per hour.

To reserve your intensive, a 50% non- refundable deposit is required, and you can reschedule once. The remaining balance is due on the day of the session. Keep in mind that 6 hours of intensive work can be equivalent to 6 weeks of traditional therapy (1 hour per week).
